**This role will be key to delivering Reward Administration, Payroll Input/Processing and Key Reward Reporting to the Group Reward function.**

**This employee performs their duties by executing the following responsibilities**:

**_ _**Reward Administration**:
**_
- **Assists and co-ordinates the planning and implementation of reward programs or incentive systems for all employees or for specific groups to support the**
**organisation’s**
**objectives**
**_ _**Annual review: post-mortem first tier analytics conducted aligned to key requirements**
**_ _**Support Talent Acquisition with compensation proposals for new hires at executive level aligned to key principles, populating relevant templates for internal review prior to offer stage**
**_ _**Assist with annual market survey data gathering and submission for benchmarking**
**_ _**Facilitate and co-ordinate multiple deadlines including updating and tracking the Reward administration annual routines calendar**
**_ _**Uploading changes to pay scales as per approved amendments received as an outcome of annual benchmarking exercise**
**_ _**Validate incentive participation by consolidating relevant information, vetting this information, and tracking changes that can impact participation. Submitting final report to the Rewards team**
**_ _**Support annual increase cycles and incentives scheme processes by gathering information and compiling approval schedules.**
**_ _**Generating letters relating to annual increases and incentive payments e.g., generate increase letters and ensuring these are distributed to Group Office qualifying employees with relevant supporting documentation**
**_ _**Submit package**

**to payroll for processing changes/updates and/or amendments**
**_ _**Provide payment file to payroll regarding Employee Performance Incentives within timelines and ensure these are processed within SLA**
**_ _**Support with Expat payroll master data**
**_ _**Ensure records are safely stored for future verification and/or audit requirements**
**_ _**Serving as a support function for Reward as first tier response to Reward related queries as part of holistic services delivered via a “helpdesk” for HR related queries**

- **Expat & Payroll Administration**
**_
- **Assisting Global Mobility team with payroll submission and capturing for Expats**
**_ _**Take on of new expat appointments**
**_ _**Ensuring allowances, deductions, fringe benefit tax and other related pay information is captured**
**_ _**Process salary changes, contract renewals and terminations**
**_ _**Ensure constant updating and reporting based on local compliance regulations as these relate to Expats**
**_ _**Ensure delivery of benefits, compensation and other policy driven allowance through the payroll process relating to Expats**
**_ _**Director emoluments: complete templates for sign off and submit reports to internal Group Finance as per routines, SLA and KPIs.**
**_ _**Consolidate and reconcile payment data relating to director emoluments**
**_ _**Support audits and provide relevant data/reports on request**

- **Reward Reporting**:

- **Ability to gather, investigate and report on key Reward metrics**
**_ _**Acts as a source of accurate data & reporting that feeds into various Reward cycles and processes**
**_ _**Accountable for Reward data validation and consolidation through engagement with key stakeholders**
**_ _**Ability to highlight key shifts and trends in Reward metrics that leads to insights that support Reward decision making and practices**
**_ _**Track and report on benefit allocations**

**_ _**Delivery of monthly reporting aligned to SLAs & KPIs**
**_ _**Act as a source of support in terms of key changes in regulations, rates and report these changes/findings**
