**THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE**

A well-established dealership is seeking a multibrand Warranty Clerk with excellent analytical and time management skills, and a natural talent for collaborative work, to join their team. You will be responsible for managing warranty paperwork, maintaining records, and liaising with OEMs to ensure prompt reimbursement for warranty services as well as maintaining the trust and satisfaction of customers by ensuring they receive the benefits of their warranties. Working knowledge of Pinnacle, and the ability to handle over 10 brands and a minimum of 30 vehicles daily plus carryovers are all essential.

**Job Requirements**
Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License
At least 3 years of Warranty experience within a **_multibrand_** franchised motor dealership (ESSENTIAL)
Excellent knowledge of warranty procedure and claims
Working knowledge of Pinnacle (or similar)
Well-spoken and presented
Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
Ability to build good relationships with OEMs and suppliers.
Stable work history
