Vacancy: IT Technician

Potchefstroom Academy is looking for a self-motivated IT Technician to independently handle essential IT support tasks. This role is ideal for a technician ready to manage day-to-day IT duties with reliability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues.
- Set up, configure, and maintain IT systems and equipment.
- Perform regular maintenance to ensure smooth IT operations.
- Log and document issues, solutions, and ongoing IT needs.

**Requirements**:

- CompTIA A+ and N+ certifications.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience.
- IT Diploma.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Google Workspace Knowledge advantageous.
