The Storeman Production will be responsible to maintain sufficient raw material stock in accordance with established production standards and requirments, Responsible for production administraction, assisting in strategic production planning, completion of reports and filing.

**Qualification Requirements**:

- Matric

**Experience Requirements**:

- 2 - 3 years baking industry experience is essential
- 3 - 5 years’ experience as a storeman in production is preferable
- Knowledge of buying and stock control is essential
- Forklift License will be an advantage
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office with strong excel knowledge
- Good supervisory skills
- Good administrative and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Accuracy and high level of attention to detail
- Problem solving
- Numerical ability

**Key Outputs**:

- Adhere to business processes, rules, and procedures
- Ensure that all materials are available and issued as per production requirements
- Conduct daily & monthly stock counts with accuracy
- Maintain stock levels in accordance with specifications
- Eliminated stock losses/shrinkages
- Prevent redundant stock
- Manage stock rotation in accordance with set standards
- Carry out full buying function
- Raise purchase orders
- Manage time by planning tasks and complete work with a sense of urgency
- Be innovative and work closely with the production team
- Communicate effectively by using good verbal and listening skills
- Work independently while taking accountability for all tasks
