**Job Title**: Junior Alarm Technician

**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Communication**:

- Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Clearly articulate technical solutions to clients, providing assistance and guidance as needed.
- **Client Problem Solving**:

- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to understand and resolve client issues related to alarm systems.
- Work collaboratively with clients to identify the root cause of problems and implement effective solutions.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Possess a basic understanding of networking principles to assist in troubleshooting and configuring alarm systems.
- Continuously develop technical knowledge and skills related to alarm systems through on-the-job training and self-directed learning.
- **Alarm System Maintenance**:

- Learn and perform routine maintenance tasks on alarm systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Assist in the installation and setup of new alarm systems under the guidance of senior technicians.
- **Client Training**:

- Educate clients on the proper use of alarm systems, providing clear instructions and guidance.
- Conduct basic training sessions for clients on system functionalities and troubleshooting procedures.
- **Driving**:

- Hold a valid driver's license and be willing to travel to client locations for installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- **Responsibility and Accountability**:

- Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects, ensuring they are completed accurately and within specified timelines.
- Demonstrate a high level of accountability for the quality of work and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills and proficiency in using communication platforms such as WhatsApp.
- Client-facing experience with a focus on problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
- Basic understanding of networking principles.
- Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills related to alarm systems.
- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Learnership

**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R12,000.00 per month
