**Description**:
The Testing Manager plans, coordinates, tracks, and performs the necessary follow-ups related to testing activities and ensures high levels of quality are adhered to during each testing phase (unit testing, systems integration testing and user acceptance testing).

**Responsibilities and accountabilities**:

- Maintains the Test Approach with support and guidance from the Inlumi (Implementation partner) team, ensuring it is fit for purpose
- Define Test Plans in collaboration of Project Managers, Workstream Leads and Inlumi Team
- Manages all required test demand and forecasting in test team.
- Recruits & allocates testers according to demand.
- Manages resources & allocations, assists to scope & plan test effort.
- Estimates & reports issued from Test Team.
- Escalates test related Issues to management, reports on overall progress.
- Responsible for quality control.
- Reports on quality metrics, highlighting trends and issues and driving this forward towards continuous incremental improvements.
- Monitor and report on test progress.
- Ensuring the proper use of testing tools and adherence to test processes and methodologies.
- Ensuring the team follows testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology as specified in the testing approach.
