CNC Milling Machine Setter Operator/5 Axis

we are looking for a CNC milling machine operator to set and operate a

6m x 2.2m x1.7m, 5 axis milling machine with a fanuc control
- must have own transport
- must be able to work shifts
- must be able to work overtime when needed
- must be able to read complex engineering drawings

and work to tolerances of 0.01mm
- must be able to read and understand iso g code, to edit programs when necessary.
- experience on fanuc control will be beneficial, but not limited to fanuc,
- must have experience on setting and machining large fabrications, beams and jobs with twist etc.
- experience in wire cutting and surface grinding would be an advantage.
- minimum 5 years experience on manual boring mills or cnc machines

must have good communication skill and work well with others.

market related salary dependent on experience.

if you are selected for an interview, you will under go a test to evaluate your understanding of iso g code programs,

you will be required to do a test to assess the capabilities of your meauring skills.

you will given a drawing that you be required to discuss with us the process of machinging that you would recommend.
