**About the Role**

**Key responsibilities**
- You will support the operational aspects of our practises’ marketing activities.
- Execute (hands on) lead nurturing campaigns across the full marketing spectrum in support of the story we want to get across. Including, but not limited to:

- Organic LinkedIn
- Paid social media
- Sponsorship of key industry
- Event management
- Webinar management
- Content marketing
- Work with external providers and associations
- Measure, analyse and track campaign component results and adjust where required.
- Develop close relationships with your marketing colleagues, communicate deliverables and results, increasing the campaign awareness as well as your personal profile and visibility.
- Work as a team across borders, functions, practises, and cultures.

**Key requirements**
- Understanding of Inbound Marketing.
- Organic LinkedIn campaigns experience.
- Basic event management skills.
- Experience in campaign execution across the full marketing spectrum.
- You are organised and a good communicator.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages is a plus)
- Up to three years of relevant marketing work experience in a B2B services industry
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a varied and demanding workload.
- Problem-solving skills.
- High levels of personal motivation and can work both autonomously and collaboratively.
- Open to interact with different cultural backgrounds.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics 360 is a plus)
- Knowledge of services for the capital market services, outsourcing of back-office, or funds services is a plus.
