ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for our next superstar to join our brand and be our next Store Manager at our Brooklyn Bras n Things store
This is a full time position at 45 hours/week and would require availbility across Monday - Sunday.
Our Store Managers are outgoing, caring, compassionate, hardworking and dedicated. They have a passion for creating and fostering teams who can provide Customers' with positive experiences, having their Customers' leave feeling confident, beautiful and wanting to return

DUTIES/EXPERIENCE
- Leading by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and help them to deliver on team budgets and KPIs
- Succession planning your team to ensure they can progress into their next opportunity when the time comes
- The execution of Visual Merchandising in-store and ability to use your own discretion to make commercial decisions
- Understanding of Stock Management processes and can prioritise tasks
- Previous experience coaching and providing on the spot feedback with your team
