**A Hybrid working model**

The expectation is that working life at Hogarth will involve working from the office for about 50% of the time for most people. - Understand brief and specs: inspect to determine what is required and raise potential issues
- Remain up to date with Brand Guidelines
- Create technically accurate artwork
- Create and adapt artwork to various sizes whilst maintaining creative integrity
- Manage deadlines
- Excellent understanding of print processes, specifications, profiles and PDF workflow
- Be conversant in and remain up to speed with the Creative Suite packages
- Interact with account and project managers re brief and artwork
- Action changes to the brief and artwork as per client instruction as well as make necessary changes as detected by QC
- Ensure that all files are print ready and technically accurate when supplying to print

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum Five years working experience as a DTP operator/Finishing artist
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Experience working with/for a production facility is an advantage
- Experience working with/for an advertising agency is an advantage
