**SITE SUPERVISOR**

**Northern Suburbs, Cape Town**

We are looking for an individual with fit-out experience in any Fast food or similar environments.

This role requires a bit of travelling between stores as needed - Cape Town, Mpumalanga, Northern Cape etc.

Skills, Competencies and Experience required:

- 5 Years Project Supervision and Coordination experience within the retail fit-out sector
- Valid drivers license and own vehicle
- Willing to travel and manage ad hoc out of town projects
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Should enjoy working under pressure whilst meeting all project timelines

Some aspects of the role will include:

- Supervising fit-out of New Builds and existing Facility upgrades under leadership of Project Manager
- Supervise contractor teams consisting of; Shopfitters, Tilers, Plumbers, Electricians, Signage installers, HVAC installers, Painters, Ceiling contractors, etc.
- Project planning, surveying, estimating, quoting, scope of work, orders, budgets and technical consulting.
- Sub-contractor and supplier negotiation, and organization.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: R1.00 - R2.00 per month
