A dynamic, vibrant and growing cosmetics business is looking for a passionate Production Supervisor to be responsible for planning, leading, organising, monitoring and motivating the Area Manufacturing Team. The Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all team members are trained in and adhere to Production Areas’ standard operating procedures in order to produce Bulk Products from Raw Materials utilizing specialised equipment and adhering to Health and Safety standards.

Your duties will include ensuring that the individuals within the team check that products are produced in accordance with carefully curated processes, ensuring that safety protocols are followed and troubleshooting any issues found during the manufacturing process by informing the relevant parties.

Location: Bellville, Cape Town, South Africa
- Identify problems/concerns with execution of a duties and inform relevant parties
- Communicate between teams positively and confidently to achieve goals
- Consistently check the detail and quality of every job executed
- Delegate, convince and lead in order to meet business deliverables
- Implement the company values and culture in the execution of duties and through interactions with all
- Compile and give feedback in a professional format to Management
- Investigate and execute appropriate disciplinary, performance and motivational measures in line with People Support policies

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role (as a manufacturer in the Cosmetics, Food or Pharma industry using an ERP System).
- Experience in a Production blending environment, cosmetic machinery familiarity advantageous.
- Strong Leadership and Analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Computer literate MS Office, Word/Excel/Power Point.

- Must be able to work well under pressure and achieve deadlines.
- Must be computer Literate - excellent Microsoft Office Suite proficiency required and adaptability to learn inhouse web-based systems and more, as required
