A packaging solutions company, offering a comprehensive range of light packaging solutions for the retail and food services industry, as well as manufacturing of paper bags, folding cartons and tissue products. This position reports in to the Branch Manager.

Minimum Requirements:

- Matric / Grade 12 / NQF 4
- Maths / Accounting to Matric highly advantageous
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Syspro (advantageous)
- Packaging experience (advantageous)
- Able to work to strict deadlines on a regular basis

**Responsibilities**:

- Place stock orders with supplier (all South African based, many outside of East London)
- Check branch stock levels and order accordingly
- Follow up on MTO (Made to order) stock lines.
- Organize emergency stock from suppliers and other branches
- Liaise with operations with regards to collections
- Liaise with sales with regards to urgent stock items needed
- Source quotations from suppliers
- Handle inter-branch transfers of stock
- Processing of all stock adjustments for branch
- Stocktake
