We have a position for a builder to undertake the work of brick laying, plastering, tiling, minor demolition, painting and carpentry work to support the renovation work provided to our clients.
- read and write English
- read and interpret building plans
- competent in minor demolition (non structural)
- competent in brick laying
- competent in plastering
- competent in tiling
- competent in painting
- competent in handyman skills
- valid drivers licence

Only applicants with a valid SA Identification document or foreign nationals with valid working permits.

Applicants with criminal records can not be considered and need not apply.

As a contractor based in the Western Cape, part of the salary is contributed to the BIBC.

**Salary**: R9,000.00 - R14,000.00 per month
