**PURPOSE OF ROLE** To provide 2nd Level Support for Cloud, Desktop, Server, and Networks for Lesedi IT Systems (Not limited) **KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS** (All sites) - Attend Servicedesk calls and close in SLA timeframe. - Manage, maintain, and support the VoIP system - Manage and maintain All printers/Plotters companywide and provide necessary reports. - SDWan support and maintenance (FortiGate, Sonicwall. Etc) - Manage Wi-Fi AP and controller companywide - Cloud support to end-users (i.e. Office 365) - Setup and Maintenance of procedures, guides, and SOPs as required. - Providing end-user training and induction. - Assist with Laptop/Desktop (Specification, Procure, Distribute, Support) - Manage support for Network cabling and network switches company-wide. - Overseer NOC dashboard monitoring and call logging - Overseer UPS functionality across all serverroom sites - Initiate and liaise with 3rd party vendors for hardware and software support. - Manage/Communicate Offsite Datacenter support when required. - Assist with Server related setup/management/maintenance. - Assist the ICT Manager with Site initiation and planning. - Assist with DR testing when required. - At minimum - Monthly reporting and feedback - Ensure ICT Training is kept current to ensure optimised support to business. - Comply with IT support scheduled timeframes (when required) **QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE** - IT Degree or 3-year IT Diploma - CompTIA A+, Network+, Server + - ITIL - CCNA or 3 years Cisco level switch management experience - Equivalent MCSA or E (Advantage) - >=3 years working experience. **Experience**: - Intermediate Level Servicedesk/Helpdesk and Application Support - Intermediate Level VoIP, Printer, Network, Server Support - Desktop Support (Laptop, Desktop, Printers, Networks, Office Applications) - Adobe Acrobat - Multifunctional Printer support and vendor management - VoIP support - VMWare/Nutanix (Advantage) - Cloud services (Advantage) - Office 365 Administration (MSTeams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange) **COMPETENCIES** **Technical**: - intermediate Laptop/Desktop Support - Intermediate Printer Support - Intermediate Network Support - Intermediate Server Support - Intermediate VoIP Support - Intermediate ERP Support - Intermediate Application Support - Intermediate Mobility Support
