- Recording and confirming spa reservations on ESP
- Orientating spa guests about the spa facilities and amenities
- Daily administration
- Maximise income by sales of retail products

**Requirements**:

- Must have Grade 12
- Must have 2-3 years experience in a Reception position in a well-established and professional spa
- Be computer literate with experience on ESP
- Excellent communication skill in English, both written and verbal
