Tru-Trac Rollers, a company specializing in the maintenance and installation of conveyor components for the mining industry, has a vacancy for a HR Assistant in Centurion. **HR Assistant **- Mining** - Region: Centurion - Salary: R 5,000 to R 7,500, based on experience - Medical Aid - Pension, Funeral Cover, Life Insurance, Disability Cover **Minimum Requirements**: - Matric/ Grade 12 - Diploma or equivalent relevant qualification in Human Resource Management or related field - Living in Centurion - Valid Driver's License and own vehicle - 1-2 years’ Experience in HR or administration - Strong administrative and data capturing skills - Computer literacy must be excellent (MS Office, Excel, Word, Google Drive, Gmail) - Detail orientated and accuracy - Effective time management skills - Excellent communication skills - Able to maintain confidentiality or sensitive information **Job Description**: To assist with the administration of all HR related matters: Maintenance and Management of personnel files, related documentation and filling system, electronic or otherwise Responsible for Administration of Attendance and Leave Management Payroll Administration and processing Benefit and General HR Administration Providing Office Support (data capturing, filing, admin, relying messages, minute taking) for both the HR Manager and SHE Manager Assist with gathering of information and staff documentation Assist with Equity Administration Assist with Safety data capturing and file maintenance when needed Assist with Policy implementation Providing clerical and Administrative support to the HR Manager and Safety Manager Other duties as assigned Reporting to the HR Manager **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: R5,000.00 - R7,500.00 per month Application Question(s): - Are you currently staying in Centurion?
