**Job Advert Summary**:
**Purpose of the position**:
To provide psychosocial and counselling services to SW clients by proving professional and holistic social work services. To lead the psychosocial team in ensuring ART adherence and PrEP retention.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Bachelor of Arts in social work or Bachelor of social science
- Minimum of two years’ work experience as a Social Worker
- Registration with the South African Council for Social Service Professions (SACSSP)
- Fluent in English and IsiZulu
- Valid Code 08 driver’s license
- Computer literate in MS office

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Supervision and support
- Psychosocial support
- Home visits
- Facilitation of monthly adherence clubs and support groups
- Community engagement
- Record keeping
- Building relations
- Participates in interdisciplinary team meetings
- Assists with managing crises, if needed
