**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Weekly & Monthly Customer Performance Reporting based on specific requirements
- Weekly & Monthly Operational Performance Reporting (Cost centre, Contract & Business Unit)
- Checking Data integrity of captured & invoiced data
- Validation of processed data on systems - Datatim, BI Portal etc.
- Data correction of processed data on Datatim, BI Portal e.g.
- Analyzing current and historical operational performance data
- Assisting to develop reports measuring operational performance
- System Automation testing and implementation for DCS
- Assist OPS Admin when required.
- Reporting on agreed performance measures in customer meetings (weekly & monthly)
- Working closely with the BI & IT department to monitor and improve reporting
- Datatim validation.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: R30 000,00 - R31 000,00 per month

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (required)

**Experience**:

- Datatim: 3 years (required)
