Cash Crusaders, South Africa’s most successful retailer of new and used goods is currently recruiting for a Senior Store Manager in Northam area to manage a branch within their Corporate Stores Group.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Daily concise retail store operations
- Excellent Stock Management Skills - control shrinkage and in stock losses and damages.
- Understanding retail dynamics and key drivers like (ROI), (GP), ability to constantly strive for retail excellence
- Financial document interpretation
- Excellent staff motivation & managerial skills
- Staff development & training facilitation
- Outstanding conflict resolution skills
- Goal driven and a need for attention to detail
- Honesty, trust, respect, reliability, accountability and responsibility is of utmost importance
- Natural leadership qualities
- Excellent organisational, numeric, and administrative skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Time management
- Excellent communicative and interpersonal skills at all business levels
- Always portray very well groomed & professional image of Cash Crusaders
- Confidentiality is of utmost importance
- Ability to function on a flexible working approach
- Capability to work in a relatively pressurised environment
- Ability to analyse, interpret, understand and report regularly
- Analytical skills
- Maintaining professionalism at all times
- May be requested to work extended hours at irregular intervals
- Always conduct business in good faith

**Desired Experience & Qualification**

Minimum Requirements
- National Senior Certificate
- Microsoft Office Proficient
- Proven Managerial Track Record (P.O.E)
- Basic Accountancy Skills
