**Quality Inspector position available in Somerset West.**:
A renowned international Engineering company is looking for a Quality Inspector to join their team on a full-time permanent basis in the Helderberg Area, Cape Town.

**Position Requirements**:

- Completed industrial / technical vocational training.
- Qualification in Engineering advantageous.
- Experience and good expertise in the field of quality assurance.
- Good knowledge of MS 365, SAP and TeamCenter.
- Knowledge of the DIN EN ISO 9001, 9100, 14001, 9102 standards is desirable.
- Familiar with LEAN methodologies.
- Good works with 3D data and Drawings.
- A valid passport.
- Willing to go for training in Germany for a period of 2-3 months.
- Flexibility in terms of working hours/location.
- Good analytical skills with above-average problem-solving skills.
- Good written and spoken English skills.
- Independence, accuracy, diligence and flexibility.
- Ability to work in a team and deal with conflict.
- Strong and resilient against outer influence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Improve and ask constantly for processes and process improvements
- Conduct of CSi on site
- Complete acceptance of the shells and individual components
- Inspection of painted parts
- Inspection of the foiled parts
- Inspection of FAIR documentation
- Clarification of complaints with Engineering
- Accompanying stage inspections (moulding, machining, bonding)
- Inspection and approval of rework + documentation (Mantis, Jira)
- Training of employees (production and quality)
- Status submission
