Company based in the Southwest suburbs of Johannesburg is looking for a Key Accounts Administrator to join their team. Tertiary studies as well as experience in FMCG, Packaging, Distribution or similar industry would be an advantage.

**PURPOSE**:
To assist the Key Accounts Sales Manager to deliver a thorough and comprehensive account management and customer service package to corporate brand customers by being efficient and systems orientated

**RESPONSIBILITIES** (but not limited to):

- Keeping customer spec, costings, sample and deviation files up to date, both hard copy and electronically.
- Requesting, collecting and delivering of samples and artwork.
- Keeping track of and following up on open customer projects.
- Working closely with DCs on a National level to effectively manage stock cover, supply arrangements and purchase order adjustments.
- Working closely with the Finance team and supply partners to resolve all account queries and keeping accounts up to date.
- Working closely with the factory and warehouse to obtain manufacturing and dispatch/delivery dates.
- Working closely with Quality team to obtain formal feedback to customers on Quality related issues.
- Attending internal meetings, giving feedback and following through on actions (planning, quality).
- Timely and accurate completion of all reports, letters and other documents using spreadsheets, databases and presentation software as requested by the Sales Manager.
- Keeping all company documents (artwork, reports, price increase letters) updated and relevant on the Company shared drive.
- Reading and analyzing incoming correspondence, submissions and reports in order to determine their significance and plan their priority and completion.
- Filing and retrieving corporate documents, records and reports.
- Sales Administrator duties in the absence of the Key Account Sales Administrator.
- To support the Key Account Sales Manager particularly in:

- Customer query reconciliation and debtor analysis
- Product development co-ordination, sample preparation, NPD project administration, artwork etc.
- Report generation and trend analysis
- Stock management via the MRP process and communication with the operations team.

**KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**

Proactive in approach, maintains own energy
- Excellent communication and administration skills
- Consistently executes and follows through to deliver
- Has passion for the business as a whole
- Proven discipline and systems orientation.
- Strong analytical ability
- High Excel competence
- A minimum of Matric with strong Maths. Tertiary study would be an advantage.
- Experience in accounts, administration Sales or Marketing in FMCG, Packaging, Distribution or similar industry an advantage.
