What you will be doing: Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service Welcome the guests and attend to their queries and settlement of hotel charges. Assist with bookings and Reservations. Report any concerns to the Sales Manager - Be available to assist with site inspections for potential clients - Be available during busy periods to oversee events, which may be over weekends or late evening.
