**Requirements**:
**Education**: Minimum Matric
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Minimum one years administration experience
Minimum one years warehousing and stores experience
Computer literate - knowledge of complete Microsoft Office package
Ability to work in a team and independently
Written and verbal communication skills
Shuttleworth experience
Drivers licence (PDP advantageous)
Physically fit
**Responsibilities**:
Picking and packing of stock
Dispatching (Book Courier and complete waybills)
Physical receiving of goods (checking and packing away)
Filing
Complete picking list of orders
File picking list on daily basis
Logging waybill numbers on SOP’s
Weekly stock counts
Assist with preparing stores/stock for stock takes
Stock (Housekeeping) of the Shelves and the packing of the stock
General Housekeeping in the office and workshop
Assist with urgent deliveries
Basic reception duties (answer calls, take messages, etc)
Assist with admin duties
