**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Business Strategy Development**
- Identify and evaluate new revenue streams, market trends, and growth opportunities.
- Develop business plans and strategies for potential new ventures or product lines.
- Analyze and optimize the existing business model to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
2. **Innovation and Execution**
- Incubate and test innovative ideas that align with Hyperli’s goals and market demands.
- Collaborate across teams to develop and launch pilots or minimum viable products (MVPs).
- Implement scalable processes to bring validated ideas to market.
3. **Partnership Development**
- Build relationships with local businesses, and other key stakeholders to expand Hyperli’s reach and value proposition.
- Negotiate terms for partnerships, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Develop strategies to strengthen merchant and partner networks.
4. **Financial and Performance Analysis**
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics for new and existing initiatives.
- Provide actionable insights to improve revenue and reduce costs.
- Report to leadership on progress, challenges, and next steps.
5. **Leadership and Mentorship**
- Work closely with the leadership team to foster a culture of entrepreneurship and innovation within the organization.
- Mentor internal teams and guide them in entrepreneurial thinking and execution.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and senior leadership team.
6. **Market Research and Competitive Analysis**
- Conduct thorough market research to understand consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
- Leverage data to refine Hyperli’s offerings and ensure a competitive edge.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
1. **Educational Background**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

- Strong ability to think strategically and translate vision into actionable plans.
- Skilled in analyzing financial data and making data-driven decisions.
