Handling of various administrative tasks.

**Requirements**:
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Placing and following up on direct and stock orders.
- Coordinate purchases and sales of stock.
- Invoice customers.
- Marketing of product lines.
- Handles inquiries from suppliers, customers and creditors.
- Handle office admin if necessary.
- Maintaining and handling accurate inventory control.
- Do relevant filing if necessary.
- Maintaining safety policy.
