**Responsibilities**:
Site Management:

- Lead the project and uphold a safety-first culture.
- Coordinate with project partners and manage site operations.
- Ensure compliance with contracts.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential site issues.
- Assess and manage contract and commercial risks, and support documentation and negotiations.
- Comply with EHS standards as per the project plan and regulations.
- Chair and document site management meetings, and prepare EHS reports.

Managing Site Relationships:

- Maintain positive relationships with clients, consortiums, and subcontractors.
- Participate in and lead management meetings as required.

Project Issue Management and Escalation:

- Facilitate coordination with internal and client stakeholders to address obstacles.
- Contribute to action plans and support the Project Manager and Director.

Site Team Coordination:

- Develop and lead the site team, monitoring performance and providing mentorship.
- Conduct regular team meetings on progress, safety, quality, risk management, and action plans.
- Escalate unresolved issues and conduct necessary workshops.

Component and System Management:

- Ensure proper documentation and handover of wind turbine components.
- Manage interfaces between contractors, maintain inventory, and ensure site security.
- Coordinate the supply and removal of parts, equipment, and tools, and manage tool calibrations and documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Qualification in relevant field（**must obtain an SCCMP certificate**.）
- Minimum 10-15 years’ experience as Site or Construction Manager on major infrastructure projects
- Experience in wind industry is mandatory
- Knowledge in people management and safety methods and systems
- Commercial knowledge is important
- Excellent IT skills including MS Office/Sharepoint
- Excellent communication skills in English is essential, both verbally and written

Pay: R2 000 000,00 - R2 500 000,00 per year
