**Beauty Salon Manager - Duties and Responsibilities**

**1. Operations Management**
- Oversee daily salon operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Manage appointment scheduling, client flow, and staff rosters.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Ensure all salon equipment and products are well-maintained and stocked.

**2. Staff Supervision**
- Recruit, train, and supervise beauty therapists, stylists, and support staff.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and staff meetings.
- Motivate the team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Handle staff attendance, leave, and disciplinary issues in line with company policy.

**3. Customer Service**
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences through professional service standards.
- Handle client feedback, queries, and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with loyal and new clients.

**4. Financial and Administrative Management**
- Manage salon budgets, expenses, and financial records.
- Oversee daily cash-ups, stock control, and supplier payments.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase profitability.

**5. Marketing and Promotion**
- Develop and implement marketing plans to promote salon services and products.
- Coordinate social media updates, seasonal specials, and loyalty programs.
- Build partnerships with local businesses and influencers to attract new clients.

**6. Product and Inventory Management**
- Order, receive, and manage salon inventory and retail products.
- Track product usage and minimize wastage.
- Ensure staff are knowledgeable about product lines and upselling techniques.

**7. Compliance and Professional Standards**
- Ensure all staff adhere to professional codes of conduct and hygiene standards.
- Maintain compliance with labour laws, safety regulations, and salon licensing.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, products, and customer preferences.
