**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Gather, clean, and prepare data for analysis.
- Use tools such as **SQL, Excel, QlikView, or Power BI** to create reports and dashboards.
- Validate data accuracy and maintain proper documentation.
- Assist in identifying trends, insights, and opportunities through data analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data support for ongoing projects.
- Support senior analysts in streamlining data processes and improving reporting.

**Requirements**:

- Degree (completed) in **Computer Science, Information Technology,**Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or related field**.
- Proficiency in Excel and basic knowledge of SQL.
- Familiarity with **Power BI, QlikView**, or other data visualisation tools.
- Strong analytical ability with attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for problem-solving and eagerness to learn in a data-driven environment.
- Knowledge of **Salesforce** will be an added advantage.
