- Fair understanding of the company’s quality management system.
- Keen interest to strengthen skills in asphalt, aggregate and binder technology through training processes.
- Testing and analysis of binder and asphalt.
- Knowledge of performance grade testing.
- Plant recipe/ mix design changes
- Lead lab team and ensure results are processed as per QMS
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Matric or equivalent
- National Diploma in Civil or Chemistry advantageous.
- At least 2 years laboratory work in asphalt and bituminous industry
