Your job
- Actively support the Client Management process/function by way of assisting the team to deal with clients.
- Identify and monitor sources of information (company websites, industry publications, analyst reports, social media, etc.) on Munich Re's competitors.
- Assist in the evaluation of past and present economic issues and trends by interpreting economic KPIs (GDP, inflation, leading indicators, etc.).
- Gather information on products and services offered by Munich Re’s clients in their respective markets.
- Prepare materials, develop presentations, and support planning of client visits, conferences, marketing events and business trips.
- Assist in the development of trainings for both internal and external business partners.
- Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with predominantly “A” clients (cedents and brokers).
- General administrative support including with online meetings (bookings, preparation, minute taking)
- Maintenance of OneView contacts
- Coordination and planning for internal meetings such as team meetings, strategy meetings and renewal planning meetings.
- Arranging and coordination of team buildings and lunches
**Profile**:
- Tertiary studies or studying towards completing tertiary qualification.
- Some experience in (re)insurance Marketing department.
- Numerical skills proficiency and understanding trends and nature of insurance business and the economics around it.
- Able to work accurately under pressure.
- Computer literate, advanced kills in Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge of Macro programming is preferred.
- Analytical mind with an ability to think laterally.
- Presentation skills.
- Adaptability to changing environment.
- Ability to work harmoniously with others in a team environment.
