**Job Purpose**:
The human resources (HR) administrator is the first point of contact within a company for all HR admin related enquiries. Keep all personnel administration and files up to date. Support and advise the management or staff members on HR related requests. To provide HR support to management and staff and assist with the implementation of HR policies and procedures within the company. Advise, assist, and support the various departments within the company on HR related matters.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all employee documents are filed and maintained accurately.
- Maintain employee records for new recruits and ensure validity, payment changes and terminations.
- Complete all UIF, provident fund, medical aid forms
- Complete new contract with staff
- Send out weekly recruitment tracker
- Updated HR dashboard monthly
- Ensure warnings are consulted management and correctly captured on Psiber
- Ensure disciplinary forms are scanned and loaded on Psiber
- Assist HR department with employee wellness initiatives
- Open new employee file and ensure all necessary documents are completed (contract, ID, Provident Fund, medical aid - if applicable) and loaded on to Psiber
- Review CVs and set up interviews
- Ensure that inductions on new personnel is carried out by the relevant departments
- Ensure weekly / monthly filing are updated and completed
- Update medicals - list for management, file certificates once received
- Assist HR team with WSP’s submission
- Co-ordinate the training and arrange availability of staff
- WCA updates on a weekly basis
- Complete and submit WCA resumption report and ensure funds are paid back to the company
- Monitor and update Provident Fund payments (death, terminations and medical boarding)
- Any other admin duties that may be required for the efficient running of the HR department
- Request quotes from services providers
- Assist with company training budget/plan
- Raise PO with finance as requested

**Skills Required**:

- Grade 12 and a Human Resources related qualification
- Minimum 2 years working experience in the HR field
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Word
- Valid code 8 drivers License
- High level of attention to detail
- Must be well presented, professional and have excellent communication skills
- Strong administration skills
- A high level of confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills
- The flexibility and willingness to learn
