**THE ROLE**

The Clinical Coach is accountable for getting Healthforce’s multidisciplinary clinical team to deliver care through the defined ways of working. The goal is to deliver the best health outcomes and the best patient experience.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

**Guiding and coaching clinicians** to ensure that they deliver consistent, high quality care that is aligned to evidence based protocols and Clinical Governance frameworks. It is important that you make sure Healthforce clinicians love their work and work well together. This will also be guided through data and technology designed interventions.

**Deliver clinician training** aligned to clinical service and organisational strategic priorities. This includes being accountable for onboarding of clinicians, as well as working with the Learning Experience Designers to continuously design and release relevant training content on our online educational platform.

**Achieving exceptional patient experiences** through the use of data-driven insights. This includes investigating poor ratings and incidents and working with other teams to manage outcomes, as well designing clinical service delivery that aligns to our brand promises.

**Building a passionate multidisciplinary-team**. Contributing to recruitment and clinicians selection that matches our culture and long term vision of delivering value-based care.

**KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE**
- Experience in delivering consistent healthcare in organisations or large practices.
- 3-5 years experience in clinical management / training. Digital health experience preferred.
- Recent or ongoing experience in clinical care (consulting with patients).
- Business acumen and project, relationship and operations management.
- Tremendous resilience and resourcefulness.
- Flexibility and agility in responding to evolving business priorities and dealing with ambiguity.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills. Comfortable with data analytics.

**EDUCATION**
- Healthcare related degree essential.
- Additional qualifications in training an advantage
