**Principal responsibilities**:
Procurement
- Plan inventory levels, locations and execute all forecasting and planning programs.
- Compiling and submitting purchase orders, organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services.
- Overseeing and managing the IT systems that track shipments, inventory, and the supply of goods.

Warehousing
- Coordinate and monitor the receipt, installation stock required and dispatch of goods.
- Ensure warehouse space is utilised efficiently and mechanical handling equipment arranged for efficiently loading and storing of stack.
- Keep stock control systems up to date and make sure inventories are accurate.
- Plan future capacity requirements.
- Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the inventory warehouse environment.
- Where appropriate, oversee the maintenance and operation of warehouse management systems.

Reporting
- Produce regular reports and statistics on a weekly and monthly basis

**Experience**:

- Grade 12 with Mathematics passed.
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
- 2 years’ experience.
- Driver’s license.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: R5,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month
