**Company**: Capability Cleaning, a specialist provider to the FMCG Food Manufacturing sector

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Full management of approximately **45 cleaning personnel**, including supervisors and team leaders.
- Ensure compliance with **HACCP standards** and continuously uplift cleaning standards.
- Maintain **AIB audit readiness** and ensure full compliance with industry regulations.
- Work closely with the client’s Quality Manager, Food Technologist and Operational team
- Oversee detailed cleaning processes in a fast-paced environment and ensure adherence to **compliance protocols**

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge and practical experience in the **FMCG Food Manufacturing sector**.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams.
- First time right

**Salary**: Negotiable based on experience
