**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct on-site inspections of residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
- Identify structural defects, safety hazards, and non-compliance with relevant regulations.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports with findings and recommendations.
- Liaise with contractors, engineers, and local authorities.
- Approve or reject building plans and completed structures based on compliance.
