Bakery/deli Manager

1. Atleast 5 - 10 years working experience and managerial experience in a similiar role.

2. Communicate well, detail orientated, Esthetic skills, Good leader, Quick decision making (profitable).

3. Key Responsibility but not limited to:

- Quality - Maintaining good GP's, quality of products should be outstanding to meet the stores and customers satisfaction.
- Standards of products - Ensure that the standards of the Bakery are respected by employees.
- Baking - Follow a production schedule with all products stocked by the bakery.
- Prices - Establish the prices correctly, according to the retail pricings.
- Hiring - Hire new personnel and train them.
- Stocktake - Inventory and manage the budget
- Supply relations - The processing of deliveries, collaborating with vendors concerning orders and making sure that there are enough products on the stock.
- More responsibilities will be discussed upon interview.

**Salary**: R12,000.00 - R16,000.00 per month

- Parow, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
