Junior Researcher

**Job Purpose**:
The Junior Researcher plays a crucial role in supporting the success of our property development projects, leveraging 3-6 years of experience in search engines and data collection to uncover valuable insights and inform strategic decisions. You'll be a key contributor to analysing market trends, identifying development opportunities, and crafting compelling project proposals.

**Leverage search engines and specialized databases**: Utilize advanced search techniques and data collection tools to gather comprehensive information on target markets, competitor projects, and relevant economic indicators.

**Conduct in-depth market research**:Analyse demographics, zoning regulations, land use trends, and competitor projects to identify potential development sites with strong commercial viability.

**Assess project feasibility**: Evaluate the feasibility of identified sites based on market demand, zoning restrictions, development costs, and infrastructure requirements.

**Collaborate on project proposals**:Develop comprehensive reports and presentations outlining market insights, development opportunities, and project feasibility recommendations. Work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to refine proposals and ensure alignment with market trends and regulations.

**Stay informed and innovative**:Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the latest regulations, planning schemes, sustainability initiatives, and emerging trends impacting property development in the region. Conduct competitor analysis to identify best practices and potential differentiation strategies.

**Contribute to ongoing research**:Proactively participate in research projects and initiatives, proposing innovative solutions and exploring new ideas relevant to the property development industry.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in urban planning, geography, economics, business, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in market research, feasibility analysis, or a related field, preferably within the property development industry.
- Proven expertise in utilizing search engines and specialized databases for comprehensive data collection and analysis. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Proficient in research methodologies, data analysis tools (MS Office Suite, market research databases, etc.), and project management software.
- A strong understanding of the property development process, key market indicators, and relevant regulations impacting the region.
- Passion for urban development, design, and creating sustainable and impactful projects.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders
