Job description:
- Managing all aspects of the Academic Portfolio and Deliverables (Training/Lectures/Marketing/Sales and events)
- Assist across departments as needed
- Quality control of teaching and learning processes to ensure customer satisfaction
- Liaise with different regulatory bodies such as various SETA’s, QCTO and DHET
- Oversee and manage the day to day running of the business
- Ensure the organogram for the department supports the business outcomes and targets
- Responsible for the recruitment and supervision of all academic staff
- Responsible for the implementation of all academic activities, including events, and community engagement
- Responsible for preparation of external and internal audits
- Manage system controls and procedures
- Optimum management of project turn around time
- Reporting
- Maintain and grow current clientele to ensure this cost center runs profitably
- Look at new ways of working to reduce time on tasks or projects
- Your duties are not limited to the above and adhoc duties may be required from time to time
