Identify and drive new business opportunities and initiatives

Develop business cases

Design, execute and ensure successful delivery of supply chain projects to enhance productivity and optimize operations

Lead and develop cross-functional team in executing improvement projects

Mentor and train employees in continuous improvement methodologies and tools

Engage key stakeholders to provide supply chain support

Standardize processes and best practices across locations

Develop SOPs and training plans for optimal business and system integration

Lead change management interventions
- QualificationsBachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering
- Experience5 Years's experience in an Industrial Engineer Mangement role

Exposure within FMCG/Retail/Supply Chain/Distribution Centre environment

Experience in performance management, productivity and continuous improvement methodologies would be desirable

Demonstrated experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodology

Experience leading continuous improvement events and using statistical analysis
- Knowledge and SkillsExtensive knowledge of FMCG/Supply Chain/Distribution Centre processes

Experience in Lean or Six Sigma methodology will be an advantage

Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyze business processes and workflows

Project Management experience

Retail knowledge and exposure will be an advantage

Excellent time management and organization skills

Detail oriented

Advanced level of computer skills, especially MS Excel or Google Sheets
