The Academic Operations Manager will be responsible for providing visionary leadership in all aspects of academic operations, development, administration, and support related to our online programs. Collaborating closely with accredited partner institutions, you will ensure the seamless delivery of online teaching and learning experiences that uphold our brand's reputation for excellence. Your role will extend to student progression, support, and success analysis, fostering an environment that empowers both students and educators to thrive in the digital learning landscape.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Minimum of a bachelor's degree, with a post-graduate qualification in Education being a plus.
A Master's Degree in Education is preferred, though not mandatory.
Proven track record in higher education teaching and learning, with a keen understanding of online pedagogy.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a meticulous attention to detail.
Strong organizational and administrative abilities to ensure smooth operations.
A genuine passion for enhancing online learning experiences through effective mediation and facilitation.
Knowledge of learning theories and design models, accompanied by curriculum planning expertise.
Sound grasp of accreditation processes and regulatory compliance within the education landscape.
Previous experience in police and quality assurance is advantageous.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing teams and driving results.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Spearhead academic operations, administration, and planning to ensure the effective execution of our online programs.
Develop and deliver comprehensive academic training programs that empower educators with the latest research and global best practices.
Maintain strict compliance with our accredited partner institutions, fostering strong collaborative relationships to uphold quality academic services.
Utilize data analysis to drive insights on student retention, persistence, and success, enabling strategic support initiatives.
Stay abreast of learning theories and design models, infusing innovative approaches into online facilitation and student engagement strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline curriculum planning, timetabling, and accreditation processes.
Contribute to quality assurance efforts, upholding the highest standards of educational excellence.
