ENA - Theatre CSSD

Our client a private hospital group is looking for an ENA - CSSD to work at their hospital in Cape Town.

**Qualification & Requirements;**
- Qualification as a Enrolled Nurse Assistant
- Registration with South African Nursing Council (SANC)
- Minimum 1 year experience as a CSSD Nurse Assistant
- Private hospital experience is essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail

**Key Areas;**
- Responsible for the care and handling of all surgical instruments, sterile stock, linen, supplies and equipment.
- Provide effective disinfection and sterilization services.
- Disassembling, decontaminating and reassembling surgical/medical instruments.
- Packing and wrapping, sealing and labelling instruments and sets.
- Contribute to effective communication
- Performs all duties in accordance with position description & CSSD Technician Competencies.
- Maintains a safe clean environment using only authorized cleaning products
- Promotes & adheres to occupational health and safety policies.
- Participates as a team member promoting and contributing to a supportive environment.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary, Temp to perm

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
