**Requirements**:

- Must have 3 years experience of working with Sage VIP Software
- Process month end and year end.
- Must be fully vaccinated, and have proof.
- Capture hours and input all information on Sage VIP system, manage the TNA Time and Attendance System

Duties
- End to end processing of company payroll for wage staff
- Collate payroll information, process, produce reports and file accordingly
- Prepare and remit monthly contributions
- Prepare all payroll related reports for the Manager
- Input new employees and terminations on system, as well as changes to information
- Handling staff queries regarding payroll
- Run month end processes
- Prepare and maintain related payroll records and reports
- Work closely with Group Human Resources
- Prepare and maintain accurate records
- Year-end processing and reconciliation including payment summaries
- Ad hoc HR and Payroll matter
- Adhere to all quality and safety requirements of the East Rand Plastics integrated management system
- Perform any other reasonable tasks as assigned by direct Manager
