- Supporting IT employees by taking phone calls, handling paperwork, and attending to user demand
- Setting up operating systems and other software on newly purchased computers
- Collaborating with other divisions to guarantee that the organization's technology is operating as intended
- Gathering, evaluating, and preserving information for use in reports
- Supporting the upkeep of current computer systems, including resolving hardware and software issues
- Helping to maintain computer network security by looking for viruses and weaknesses
- Offering technical assistance for problems with computer hardware and software.

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- Diploma in IT
