E-commerce Assistant

**Requirements**:

- A national Senior certificate qualification (Matric / Grade 12)
- Experience with online shopping
- Personal social media experience such as Facebook and LinkedIn
- Ability to Multitask and co-ordinate multiple online orders simultaneously.
- Outstanding written and verbal skills
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft office suite
- Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to drive sales and be able to sell the product.
- Must not have a criminal record.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take responsibility of the content, stock and marketing of all online orders
- Communicate with customers regarding orders
- Ensure orders are dispatched in the targeted time
- Conduct follow-ups when orders are running late
- Creating SKUs on the front-end of Word-press
- Creation of stock images, drawings and information - along with activating stock items on the site
- Monitoring all products on the website to ensure they have the accurate pricing, description and information
- Assisting with picking and packing if/when needed
- Creation of quotes and invoices
- Reporting to supervising team
- Designing of basic adverts to market the online store.

**Salary**: From R9,400.00 per month
