- **INTERNAL SALES CLERK**_

**The requirements are as follows**:

- Minimum qualification of Grade 12
- Must be computer literate
- Minimum of 3 years’ internal sales experience
- Knowledge of Syspro
- Must be able to read, write and speak English and an additional South African language
- The ability to establish relationships with new clients and to maintain relationships with existing clients
- Must be presentable and be able to converse in an professional manner
- Must be telephonic etiquette
- Excellent selling and negotiation skills
- Active listening skills
- Knowledge of companies’ products is an added advantage
- Must be customer service oriented
- Highly motivated and target driven with proven track record in sales
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
- Honest & Trustworthy

**Daily tasks will include, but are not limited to**:

- Receive inbound customer sales inquiries and provide quotations, product information, technical support and pricing details.
- Capture and process sales orders and arrange the dispatch of products.
- Schedule deliveries and liaise with clients.
- Conduct stock take.
- Assist with Sales Representatives enquiries.
- Maintain client databases.
- Report on sales performance on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Receive, manage or escalate customer complaints to the Manager.
- Conduct sales administration work.
- Assisting with any other duties at the branch as per operational requirements.

**Salary**: From R108 000,00 per year

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (preferred)

- Internal Sales: 3 years (preferred)
