Mascor: Senior Sales Executive

Mascor is a Company consisting of franchised Automotive, agricultural mechanisation, construction, forestry and fuel. With more than 50 years in the industry, we offer prestige brands such as John Deere, Toyota and Warath while our highly skilled staff provides professional and high-quality service and standards of workmanship.
Mascor is currently looking for a Senior Sales Executive in the Agricultural division responsible for assisting the business by identifying new business prospects and selling products in all market segments.
This position must maintain relationships with current customers and build and maintain relationships with new customers.
This position will utilize advanced interpretation of all agricultural products with focus on excellent customer service.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
a. **SALES**
i. Drive sales through the growth of existing clients.
ii. Generate new business opportunities.
iii. Master how to get leads and implement a lead generation strategy.
iv. Ability to perform all aspects of selling/closing a deal.
v. Complete all required documents on time.
vi. Achieve/exceed targeted new commercial calls per month within a specified territory.
vii. Generate new sales opportunities by cold calling, networking and client/associate referrals.
viii. Maintain acceptable profit margins.
ix. Maintain sales quota for each quarter and year as provided.
x. Execute the marketing plan as required.
xi. Meet budgeted unit and sales targets
xii. Adhere to processes and timelines criteria.
xiii. Maintain up to date knowledge of new products.
xiv. Execute all year demonstration program.
b. **CUSTOMER SATISFACTION**
i. Attending to customer enquiries timeously
ii. Overall CSI to be more than 85%
iii. After sales contact to be at 100%
iv. Develop new relationships within the agricultural community.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
**Qualifications**:
i. **Min**: 3-year Diploma in Sales and/or Marketing
ii. Ideal: Bachelor’s in Sales and Marketing
b. **Experience**:
i. Advanced experience of all high-tech machines and specialize equipment
ii. Advanced Sales and Marketing experience in agriculture sector
c. **Legal Requirements**:
Valid drivers license
