AutoWheels is searching for a qualified Armed Security Guard to join our growing security team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for safeguarding our personnel, property, and assets by enforcing security protocols, deterring criminal activity, and responding to emergencies.

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2- 4 years of experience in armed security or a related field
- Fit and able to perform security patrols for extended periods
- Excellent observation skills and a keen eye for detail
- Strong sense of urgency and the ability to react quickly in emergency situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Grade 12 (bonus)

**Job Specification**:

- Conduct patrols of the premises, both interior and exterior, to ensure safety and security.
- Monitor security cameras and access control systems to identify and address any suspicious activity.
- Enforce company security policies and procedures, including access control and visitor screening.
- Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies, taking appropriate action to mitigate threats and ensure safety.
- Prepare detailed reports on security incidents and observations.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with staff, visitors, and the public.
- Ensure all firearms are kept secure and maintained in proper working order.

**Salary**: R6000 - R6500

Pay: R6 000,00 - R6 500,00 per month
