Our client, a leading Corporate Bank is looking for a Cash Management Sales Professional in South Africa. They will be responsible for displaying sound product and market knowledge and bespoke solution design. They will deliver proactive resolution pitches and ensure high quality marketing for mandates, events, awards, pitch-book, proposals within the country remit.

**Direct Responsibilities**:

- Acts as primary individual responsible for Cash Management Sales in the assigned geography ensuring top notch delivery to allocated client portfolios
- Maintain an active dialogue with the client during the entire life cycle of the deal, supervise implementation and act as Cash Management Sales Manager, being the first line of contact on any related Cash Management topic
- Keep up to speed with the knowledge base of the market, products, competition, regulatory developments to be able to act internally and externally as our clients Ambassador
- Produce top-notch and high-quality proposals responses, pricing structures and overall advisory solutions regarding Cash Management setup
- Supports the Head of Cash Management and Cash Development Loans (CDL) in maintaining an active opportunity pipeline and constant dialogue with coverage stakeholders to maximize the Cash Management wallet share on assigned client portfolio
- Closely monitor Customer Experience (CX)/User Experience (UX) and recommend actions to improve satisfaction levels.

**Available Levers**:

- Seeks contribution of the Cash Management team and Product Management Teams
- Attend required training and education to excel his/her proficiency as a Cash Management Expert
- Escalate promptly any client raised issue to prevent negative consequences to the relationship

**Required skills**:

- Finance, Accounting or any related Degree
- Minimum work experience - 5 to 10 years.

**Competencies, Experiences and Skills**:

- Previous client facing role in a Sales or Relationship Management function within Cash Management
- Regional knowledge of the market in South Africa/Sub-saharan Africa
- Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills. Able to deliver under pressure within tight deadlines and with strong capacity for autonomy
- A team player with a genuine interest to collaborative mindset
- Results-driven individual, used to being managed through quantitative Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
- Fluent in English with outstanding presentation and communication skills
- A positive and energetic personality, able to influence and inspire
- Good knowledge of system and strong internal network
