You would be supporting the business in the UK from our Claremont office in Cape Town

**Requirements**:
A vacancy has arisen for 1 Senior Internal Recruiter
Do you have what it takes? If you want to be considered for this role you will need:
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Matric with relevant tertiary education (preferable)
- Ability to juggle a number of priorities at once
- Be tactful and articulate with a professional approach
- Ability to effectively create reports to be presented to the business
- Ability to effectively build relationships and communicate at all levels up to senior management.
- Have good IT skills, Strong knowledge of Microsoft office and Google suite
- Be analytical and methodical in your approach to problems
- Strong communication both face to face, remote meetings and over the phone
- Good research skills
- Expert in Recruitment functionality on Workable and Workday
- Ability to generate and summarise key data and findings for presentations
- Previous experience of managing people
- Established relationships with support teams within RI
- Knowledge of HR principles and processes
- Ability to think creatively and identify different solutions or options as required
- Strong social media skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment

KEY WORK OUTPUTS and ACCOUNTABILITY
- Manage the day to day activity of the recruitment team
- Work with recruitment team to ensure ATR’s are “live” and monitor / close any ATR’s that are not being actively sourced.
- Direct resourcing through job board searches and social media and monitor job postings to ensure each role is kept up to date and is in the correct business format
- Produce agreed monthly reports and any ad hoc reports as required.
- Ensure all vacancies are on Currents, Talentry or relevant internal system
- Manage and organise the area recruitment in-box and check new starter status with recruitment team.and area HR.
- Support in the alignment of the recruitment material for specific roles within the business
- Deliver recruitment training as required.
- Assist in recruitment related projects as required
